What is Insure?

Insure is a decentralised peer-to-pool non-custodial insurance protocol where users can participate as insurance buyers or underwriters. Insurance buyers pay a premium to the pool to get insured by a potential event of drastic devaluation of a crypto asset (e.g. BTC, ETH). At the same time, underwriters are able to earn premium paid by insurance buyers by locking liquidity.

Defi users

Users can have peace of mind as they are covered if a crypto asset they hold losses it's value during a volatile market or an exploit

Borrowers

Borrowers can protect themselves even if their positions are liquidated during a volatile market

Speculators

Speculators that want to short on an asset can instead use insurance to hedge that asset for a duration of 30days to 1year
