• So many platforms are issuing NFT-based badges and certificates, but for working professionals, there is no way to show them on their profiles along their portfolios.

• On-chain credibility is still new, and yet there is no end-to-end system to issue, track, show, and use in real life.

• Issue of the authenticity of the user’s claimed skills, work experience, and education.

• The mobile app first for mass adoption.

• End-to-end on-chain reputation/credibility system where companies/projects and institutes can issue soulbound NFT badges for various purposes, and users can show them on their profile.

• Users can use these on-chain credentials to apply for job opportunities, and companies can filter out the application using the same.

Why ENS Grant? We have built a beta version of one side of the project which is a mobile app for candidates now we want to build the second side of the project which is a web portal for companies/projects where they would be issuing on-chain credentials and creating Jobs and learning modules. This will complete the loop for the whole project. To accomplish this we are looking for

• A web developer who can help us in building our web end.

• Solidity developer who can help us in developing smart contracts.

• Mobile developer to make a mobile app more robust and built new features.
