ENS can be the decentralized domain use for this. 

Establish a domain entity with subdomain for the users. 

Establishing a protocol tied to a patient advocacy platform existing to add history on to the blockchain simply through the subdomain "fnamelnamepatid.entityname.eth" - 

Could be bridged between an existing web2 patient management system and over to ens domains with the entity name . eth 

Onboarding/education will need to occur at irl local level and start bottom up to get adoption from major payors/cms. 


Electronic Medical Records storage 

Projects eligible for the Public Goods small grants rounds have a broader scope that benefits the entire Ethereum or Web3 space.

Applicable projects should not be ENS-specific but may include ENS functionality. An example is etherJS, a developer library that has utility throughout Web3, not only for those building with ENS.
